CRE Click is a commercial real estate consultancy based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Through a managed platform we connect businesses looking for commercial space (“clients”), property owners, and our network of agents.

Our team is involved in every introduction. We are not a party to any lease, rental or sale agreement between a client and a property owner, and we do not guarantee that any requirement or listing will result in a deal.

• You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter a binding contract, to use CRE Click.
• You sign in with a Google account or with a phone number and a one-time code. Signing in for the first time creates your account, with the role of the CRE Click site you are using: client, property owner or agent.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
• Give us accurate information, including your name, and keep it up to date. A phone number can belong to one account only.
• You may use one account per person. You may add a phone number or an email to your profile later, and the same account stays yours either way.

CRE Click is built on the principle that no party’s contact details are shared without their knowledge and consent. In practice:

• Clients do not receive an owner's direct number until our team facilitates the introduction, and owners do not receive a client's direct number.
• Agents do not receive a client's or owner's direct number during an active search.
• Introductions, site visits and the paperwork around a deal go through our team.

You agree not to use CRE Click to get around this, for example by asking another user for their direct contact details or by arranging a deal outside the platform to avoid fees that would otherwise be due.

• A requirement you post must describe a real need: the kind of business, the area, the size and your budget, as accurately as you can.
• A posted requirement is shared with the agents who cover the area you name, and is matched against listings on the platform. Our team may contact you to understand it better.
• Matches, suggestions and property information are provided to help you decide. You are responsible for carrying out your own checks before you take a space.
• Where a site visit leads to a deal, we may ask you to sign an agreement with us before the introduction to the owner is completed.

• You may list only a property you own, or one you are properly authorised to let or sell. You confirm this when you list it.
• Everything in a listing must be accurate and current: location, size, price, availability, photos and the businesses it is or is not suitable for. Update or remove a listing when it changes.
• Listing is free. Listings are reviewed by our team and may be edited, held back or removed before or after they go live, for example when information is missing, wrong or misleading.
• Photos, videos and descriptions you upload must be yours to use. You give CRE Click permission to display them on the platform and in our marketing of the listing.
• Your contact details are shared with a client only through our team and only when a deal is being finalised.

• Agents are independent partners, not employees of CRE Click. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship.
• Earnings for leads and for completed deals are paid at the rates shown on the platform when the work is done. We may change those rates for future work.
• To be paid you must give us valid payout details, including your PAN and a bank account or UPI ID. Tax, including TDS, is deducted where the law requires it.
• Properties and details you submit must be real, accurate and submitted with the owner's knowledge. Submitting false or duplicate listings may lead to earnings being withheld and your account being suspended.
• You must not contact a client or owner outside the platform about a requirement or listing you were given through CRE Click.

Joining CRE Click and listing a property are free. Where a fee applies, such as a fee on a deal that closes, it is as shown to you or agreed with you in writing before the deal closes.

• Fees are invoiced after a deal closes, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added where they apply.
• We collect PAN numbers, bank account details and UPI IDs only to pay agents and to collect fees, and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• provide false, misleading or fraudulent information, or pretend to be someone else
• post a requirement or listing you do not intend to act on
• harass, abuse or mislead other users or our team
• copy, scrape or collect data from the platform by automated means, or interfere with how it works
• try to get into another person's account or any part of the platform you are not meant to reach
• use the platform for anything unlawful

We may suspend or close an account, or remove a listing or requirement, if these terms are broken, if information is false, or if we are required to by law. A suspended account can’t sign in.

You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time by writing to hello@creclick.com. Closing your account does not cancel fees or payments already due.

Listings, matches, area information and any reports or insights we show, including those prepared with automated tools, are provided to help you and are not professional, legal, financial or valuation advice. They may not be complete or current. Check anything that matters to your decision before you act on it.

We take reasonable care to run the platform and to verify listings, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows:

• We are not responsible for what a client, owner or agent says or does, or for the outcome of any deal made through the platform.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of CRE Click is limited to the fees you paid us for the matter the claim is about.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we collect, use and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you by email or through the platform. If you keep using CRE Click after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first is subject to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
