CRE Click is a commercial real estate consultancy based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We connect businesses looking for commercial space, property owners, and our network of agents through a managed platform.

We collect information in three ways:

A. Information you give us directly

• Name, phone number and email address when you sign up or fill a lead form
• Profile details such as your photo, area, profession and business type
• Property details including location, size, photos, owner contact number, expected rent and security deposit
• Payment details including PAN number, bank account or UPI ID, collected only at the time of payment processing
• Any messages or communications you send us

B. Information collected automatically

• Device type, browser, IP address and operating system when you visit our website or use our app
• Pages visited, time spent and actions taken on our platform
• Location data, only when you use location-based features and grant permission

C. Information from third parties

• If you sign up or enquire through a Meta lead form, we receive the details you submitted on that form
• Referral information if you were introduced to us by an existing agent or partner

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account on the CRE Click platform
• Match property seekers with suitable commercial spaces
• Connect property owners with verified tenants
• Send job tickets, property suggestions and notifications to agents
• Verify property listings before they go live on our platform
• Process payments and maintain payment records
• Send you updates, reminders and communication related to your activity on the platform
• Run advertising campaigns through Meta and Google to reach relevant audiences
• Improve our services, website and platform based on usage patterns
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Between parties involved in a transaction — a property owner's contact details are shared with a client only after a deal is being finalised, and only through our team. Agents and clients never receive each other's direct contact details.
• With service providers — we use third-party tools for payment processing, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, email delivery, and cloud storage. These providers access your data only to perform their service on our behalf.
• With advertising platforms — we share anonymised audience data with Meta and Google to run our campaigns. We do not share your name or contact details with these platforms beyond what you submit directly on their forms.
• For legal reasons — we may share information if required by law, a court order, or a regulatory authority in India.
• In a business transfer — if CRE Click is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you if this happens.

CRE Click is built on the principle that no party’s contact details are shared without their knowledge and consent.

• Property seekers never receive the owner's direct number until our team facilitates the introduction
• Property owners never receive the client's direct number
• Agents never receive the client's or owner's direct number during an active search
• Your phone number and email are used only for communication related to your account and activity on the platform

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to provide services and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to hello@creclick.com.

We collect PAN numbers, bank account details and UPI IDs for the sole purpose of transferring earnings to agents and collecting fees from clients and property owners. This information is:

• Never shared with other users of the platform
• Stored securely and accessed only by our accounts team
• Used only for payment processing and statutory compliance including TDS

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function fully if you do.

We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics on our website. These tools collect anonymised data about page visits and actions to help us measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.

You have the right to:

• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of CRE Click after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
